Apple TV Multiplex

Is there a way with Multiplex mode on the Apple TV of showing 4 cameras at once on the screen. I only seem to have a cycling mode with 2 cameras at a time. The settings button (top left) appears to be grey'ed out

  • In multiplex mode in the SecuritySpy Apple TV app, swipe down on the trackpad on the control for the options that control the multiplex display. This allows you to choose how many cameras to include, as well as the cycle delay (if you have more cameras than will fit on one screen).

  • Brilliant thanks. After I posted that I noticed I had another ATV set up to do exactly what I wanted. I suspect I've asked the same question in the past, apologies.

  • I have a residual problem with this. I have 2 installations making use of the ATV app. One of them works fine with the screen filled with 4 cameras, however the other one despite being set to 4 camera mode, displays them as if it were set to 6 camera mode - 3 across the top and one bottom left.

  • Hi @tdenson could you please send a picture of this to support@bensoftware.com and we'll take a look. Thanks.

  • Ok. I’m not on site at the moment but will do when I am

  • Find attached 3 screenshots. A further curious problem. There are 2 ATVs at this installation, both the same model. You can see from the screenshots of the multiplex dialogue that one of them gives a 6 camera option, the other doesn't. But both show the same 4 in 6 display as per the screenshot.

  • Sorry Ben, you did say send them to support. There's nothing private on the screenshots. Do you want me to repost this ?

  • I have resent this as a support email with some extra screenshots
