Skip Forward/Backward Video Playback on Desktop

Is there a way to skip forward and backward any interval like 15, 30, or 60 seconds in the video player?

If this is not built in, can it be scripted?

    Sorry, this is currently not a feature, nor can it be scripted. The easiest way to control playback in the Browser feature is to use "JKL" control, where pressing L causes the playback to speed up in the forward direction by a factor of 2, J causes the playback to speed up in the reverse direction by a factor of 2, and K pauses the playback.
