"Stuck" at v5.4.1. Download failed.

Hi, I'm running version 5.4.1. When I run the updater I get the following error...

Download failed. The requested URL was not found on the server. (Code- 1100).

How should I upgrade to a newer version of v5?


Also, is 5.4.1 compatible with Ventura?

  • Just this once, please download and install SecuritySpy manually from the SecuritySpy download page. Subsequently, the in-app updater will work.

    Just to be clear, will the latest version require an upgrade, or does my existing licence cover it?

  • Assuming you own a license for any previous 5.x.x version of SecuritySpy, this entitles you to use the current v5.5.8 release, and any future 5.x.x version that we release in the future.
