Saving a PTZ Preset Setting
The User Manual correctly states: "To save the current position of the camera as one of the presets, hold the alt (option) key on the keyboard and click a preset button. This works if you use the left mouse button (and not the right button) on a preset in combination with the Alt/Option key.
However, if you right-click one of the preset buttons in the PTZ panel, a sub-panel pops up and the middle option states: "Save Current Position as Preset 'x'. There is no mention of having to hold the Alt/Option key, and even if you do (because you read the manual !), the preset is not saved because I believe it only saves with the Alt/Option key + the left mouse button (and not the right mouse button).
