I have successfully deployed the Security Spy solution utilizing the suggested strategy "Segregating IP Cameras on their own LAN". I would like to integrate the cameras into the Home Assistant solution. I tried to add the Security Spy for Home Assistant via add integration but when I enter my credentials (IP, Port, User, PW) I keep getting an error :

Error retrieving data from SecuritySpy.

Not sure how to diagnose this issue. I am able to ping the MAC that the SS is installed on from the HA environment. The HA machine is on the NON-Camera LAN (the public/Internet LAN).

Any help would be great!!
