Quieting Alerts for certain Cameras.
I have a pretty solid set up of "real "cameras. But we had about a Half a dozen WYSE cameras connected to our net work, so I decided to install the RTSP software, and they work OK. They're not reliable, but in less critical places they do the job.
My problem is I'm constantly getting errors like
Error communicating with camera "2nd Floor West Stairs". Error from network device. No key frames received from device recently. 5.5.7,70902,812
- How do I reduce the occurrence of this error?
- If that's impossible, how can I not get 30 emails a day telling me that this is a problem?

As you have discovered, these cameras with the RTSP firmware aren't very reliable. The best thing you can do is to make sure the network connection to them is as good as possible - this means using Ethernet rather than WiFi (if supported by your particular camera), and if using WiFi, making sure there is good signal strength (e.g. via a mesh WiFi network).
I'm afraid it's not possible to elect to receive errors from some cameras but not others, at least at the moment.

Thank you, Ben. I have created a script that searches for the names of the cameras in question and automatically moves those reports to the trash without being read.
