Countdown before camera activation

When activating a camera by arming the "C/M/A" options, is there any way to set a countdown before they actually activate? In some situations it would be good to be able to hit the buttons and then leave the room before the camera actually activates, so a countdown of 10sec or so (or user selected) would be great.

    Yes - see the option in the Control menu called "All Cameras - All Modes - Set Schedule After Delay". However, this is somewhat crude as it will apply to all cameras and all modes. Perhaps this does what you want though.

    Or, you could set your cameras to custom schedules, that arms them automatically when you want.

    Or, you can use our SecuritySpy iOS app on your iPhone to set schedules - just tap on the C, M or A button at the bottom of the screen when viewing a camera's live video.

    You can also set schedules via the web interface, or from a Home event, if you are using Apple's Home system.
