Reolink TrackMix POE
Hi, I’m about to jump into utilizing Security Spy on my M1 Mac Mini and I’m thinking of purchasing four of Reolink’s TrackMix POE.
I will be using homebridge to connect security spy to my Apple Home.
My question is: When the video notifications appear for the TrackMix on my Apple TV will it show both the wide and zoom angles or will it choose one of them?

This camera supports RTSP, so SecuritySpy will be able to use it in some form, however it's not entirely clear how this would work considering the camera has two different lenses and sensors. It's possible that it will provide two separate streams, which can be treated by SecuritySpy as two separate cameras, though we can't be sure about this - as a new camera we haven't had any testing feedback from customers or been able to test it ourselves. Sorry I can't give you a more definitive answer at this point!
I just installed this camera. So far, I'm only able to get the wide angle view. Still experimenting. If anyone has any ideas on how to capture the other lens, please post here!
Correction. I've been able to access the zoom lens via Stream #3. All is well.
Great to hear that. Can you confirm whether you are using the Reolink profile or the ONVIF profile? If stream 1 gives you the wide-angled view, and stream 3 gives you the zoomed view, what do you get with stream 2?
stream 2 is the Zoom, stream 3 the tracking zoom. Works with ONVIF, but Reolink with h.265 has fewer dropouts ..that what it feels like here. Still drops, (thought the camera itself does not drop being online with a browser). But cool kit....the digital first, then POE auto follow is GREAT.
I just got one of these cameras and am having the same issues with dropouts. I’ve been troubleshooting with the ONVIF, Reolink, and custom profiles. Reolink profile with h.265 is the most stable. I thought it might be my cheap PoE switch, perhaps drawing more power when night vision is on but the camera works fine from the Reolink app (used for testing..) and web app. Did you ever find a setting that resolved the dropouts? I have 6 other Reolink cameras (410s I think) that work great with SS. I’ve also tried adjusting quality profiles from clear to fluent - no change.
These are the settings I used to get this camera stable. SS: ONVIF, RTSP. In Setup -> Advanced -> Enable allow invalid SSL certs, Enable use PTZ numeric value if you want PTZ to work through SS. On the camera I enabled all protocols after I saw some HTTP requests failing in burp suite. My technical summary is Reolink is doing some goofy shit with RTSP, I'm not entirely sure what the actual fix was. But this is what worked for me. I'm hoping I can get h.265 stable next.
