live and recorded audio doesn't work in some cases in SecuritySpy 5.5
I've been using SecuritySpy for several years, and never had this problem before. I have six different hardware models of Reolink cameras, and audio worked fine during this time.
However, since SecuritySpy version 5.5, all cameras started to have the same problem: Audio sometimes does not work when viewing video live or when playing back video.
Audio does NOT work when viewing live video in the SecuritySpy macOS app, or when viewing recorded video in the SecuritySpy macOS app Browser window. Audio also does not work when viewing live video in the the SecuritySpy iOS app. Audio also does not work when viewing live video in the SecuritySpy web app (over any of the available Live Video formats in the dropdown).
However, audio DOES play back CORRECTLY when playing recorded videos via the Captured Files in the web interface or when playing recorded videos in the SecuritySpy iOS app.
How can I fix this?

What profile you using on securityspy for your reolinks? Onvif?

I believe this problem should be fixed in the latest beta version of SecuritySpy (currently 5.5.1b8) so please install this and report back. If not, we'll look into this further for you.
