😁Hi there. Of my 15 cameras, I have two which are not of the same manufacture but which give me the same anomalies.

The live image from both cameras is excellent but the image that is displayed in SecuritySpy is streaky on the top like on the attached file.

Do you have an idea where I can look... I have already spent a lot of time changing all the parameters. Even if it disappears on cooling, a few minutes later it comes back. the video is not frozen.

    Try enabling the option in SecuritySpy under Preferences > Cameras > Device > Advanced Device Options > Detect and adjust for video stream format changes.

    Does this resolve the problem?

    Wooooo! I had never seen these options! . The problem has disappeared for 12 hours! I think that was my solution. Thank you so much.
