iPhone App only connects when connected on WiFi

Security Spy works fine on my MAC.
But my Security Spy iPhone App only connects successfully when connected on WiFi. If I turn off the wifi or get out of range, I get a "Connection Failed"
Any Suggestions?

Hi Jim, please go through the troubleshooting steps outlined in this FAQ, which solve this problem for most users: I'm unable to access my system remotely - how can I troubleshoot this?
If you are still having problems, please email us and include a debug file (SecuritySpy menu > Debug > Create Debug File On Desktop), and let us know the make/model of your router, and we will help you directly to resolve this.
Worked after I rebooted the router....
