Video works in VLC but not in SecuritySpy

I have an rtsp stream:

rtsp://admin:4b1677c8510f074ebc7b3927ba1d66432d80710c@192.168.1.198:554/H.264

It works fine with VLC but I cannot get it to work with SecuritySpy.

I am using the manual configuration with the IP, username, and password in their fields.

Also, I am using the /H.264 in the request field.

RTSP (video and audio) are selected as the format.

Am I missing something?

If it works in VLC media player shouldn't it also work with SecuritySpy?

The camera is an ezlo vistacam 1200 doorbell camera which is basically a clone of the ezviz db1.

    The EZVIZ DB1 is a clone of the Hikvision DS-HD1, and we have had reports that they both work with SecuritySpy using either the ONVIF profile or the HIkvision profile. So try this for your doorbell to see if it works. But, Ezlo may have their own custom firmware so this isn't guaranteed.

    According to your info, the manual setup would be:

    • Address: 192.168.1.198
    • Ports: blank
    • Username: admin
    • Password: 4b1677c8510f074ebc7b3927ba1d66432d80710c
    • Format: RTSP
    • Request: H.264

    When you try this, if it doesn't work, what is the error message that is displayed?
