Nelly's Doorbell Camera (NSC-DB2)

Does anyone have any experience with this doorbell camera from Nelly's? I've had mine since January 2020, and it was working fine with SecuritySpy. Then a little while ago, SS stopped getting video from the camera. The camera's own app (Guarding Home) gets video fine, but doesn't really have features like SS. I've tried resetting the camera, but it didn't help. Any ideas to help troubleshoot would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

  • I believe this is a rebranded Hikvision DS-HD1, and as far as we are aware this camera does work well with SecuritySpy.

    What is the exact message you are seeing in SecuritySpy (File menu > Open Log to see the log that contains the error messages)?

    Have you tried using the Hikvision profile under Preferences > Cameras > Device?
