Unable to use Administrator account when logged in through web browser

Hello,

I've been using SecuritySpy for over 5 years now, and it's incredible how the software has continued to improve over the years. I have been trying to create a web user with full Administrator rights, but I'm unsuccessful. I'm able to add the user in the software, but then I keep getting a login screen when I try to access any administrator-type function in the web browser. Any ideas here? Thank you.

  • I must not have had enough coffee this morning. I tried it again and it works perfectly. Btw, the screen-control feature is incredibly useful and well-implemented.
