Slow PTZ performance in SS app

Has anybody else experienced extreme lag (~3-5 seconds) per cycle when nudging the camera using PTZ? The camera's native PTZ window is quite interactive, with zero lag.

    Try turning off the "PTZ Control Queue" option in the camera's settings (connect to the camera using a web browser such as Safari to adjust its settings).

    Does this resolve the problem?

    That option was already turned off. Any other suggestions?

    This is strange, I can't think of anything else that could cause this. For the "Profile" setting (under Preferences -> Cameras -> Device), please try both the "Axis" profile and the "ONVIF" profile to see if one of these performs better than the other (after making a change, make sure to press the "Apply Preferences" button to apply it).

    I realize this is ancient, but I just happened to see it while researching a different problem with an Axis M5014. This camera is just super slow with certain settings on this and two other NVRs I've tried. I currently use the Axis H.268 RTSP option with manual settings, as the auto-discovered settings made it super slow.
