SS freezing during Cycle Mode?

Hi Ben,

Have you been able to look into the cycle mode bug I have been experiencing for sometime now? Whenever I use cycle mode for an external display I have hooked up into my iMac, SS completely freezes. Please let me know if you need anything else like errors logs to help diagnose and address this.

    Sorry for the delay - we haven't been able to reproduce this, and it's only affecting a very small number of users. It seems to be related to video display via OpenGL, and there is a wide variety of video hardware in all the various Mac models out there. It probably only affects a small number of hardware configurations, which is why we're having difficulty tracking it down. I've just replied to your email with a request for further information so please reply to that and we'll take it from there.
