Web view not forwarding
Hi Ben,
I can't for the life of me get the web view to work on the new SS4 version, it worked fine on the old version, all my cameras are still port forwarding fine.
I click on the "How do I access this server" button which gives me my local address which works fine however when I plug that IP and port into my router along with all my other cameras its just the web view that won't work, I've got the checkboxes enabled and the allow access checkboxes enabled but no luck.
Any advice?

Hi Harmony, it's a bit difficult to diagnose from that information, the best thing would be for you to email us screenshots of the Web settings in SecuritySpy, the "How do I access this server" page and your router's port forwarding settings, and we'll check over everything.
In general, by using the "Allow access from the internet" checkboxes in the Web settings in SecuritySpy you shouldn't have to adjust any settings on your router, but this doesn't work for all routers.
