Axis Q61 pan and tilt

Hi, I have a couple of Axis q61 pan and tilt cameras, using securityspy 4.0.6. I don't seem to be able to save any presets via securityspy. Firmware is latest from Axis (6.20.1.4). Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

    Hi Tonksy, for this I believe you will need to use the root login details in SecuritySpy, otherwise the camera will reject attempts to set presets.

    Does this resolve the problem?
