Mobotix 5 & 6 Megapixel Cameras

Hi Ben,
i have several Mobotix Cams in use. I am only able to operate then in HD quality. As soon I switch them to 5 megapixel or 6 megapixel , Security Spy is restarting automaticly in a loop

    Hi Juergen,

    To investigate this, we will need the crash log files for SecuritySpy - please email them to us. These are located in the ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/ folder (within your user folder).

    To get to the Library folder, hold the alt key while clicking the Finder's Go menu, and select the Library item that will appear in this menu.

    I'm presuming these cameras are streaming MxPEG format to SecuritySpy? Please also test the latest beta version of SecuritySpy, as this has some improvements in this area, and may resolve the crashes.
