Change request for version 4.0.3 - preferences to menu bar.

For me, preferences are most often accessed. One less click if Preferences content were on menu bar.

    Hi, thanks for your feedback but I'm not sure how this would be possible as there are so many settings! The Preferences window is a quick command-comma keystroke away.
