SS4 not recognising USB camera that was recognised in Ss3

I've just tried the trial of SS4 and it recognises an ONVIF camera I have but not a USB camera (connected using videoglide), however when I download the older SS3 it recognises it immediately. It also doesn't show up as a camera that can be added in SS4. Any ideas?

    For VideoGlide devices, you'll need to use the 32-bit version of SecuritySpy v4, because the VideoGlide driver is itself 32-bit.

    It's included in the main SecuritySpy download, in a separate folder called "32-bit Version".
