Spyglass PTZ

So, the APP spyglass did not work proporly the PTZ control with foscam HD (using H264 SecuritySpy profile in device model).
The camera move, but don't stop...
In SecuritySpy, PTZ moves is fine.

Can you tell to the developper about this problem?

    This may depend on more things. I have 2 Foscam PTZ cameras, just tested with Spyglass, and the camera moves & stops normally, same as from within Security Spy.
    mine are an older model though, the Foscam 8910E

    What version of SecuritySpy are you using @rodrigohasan? If you are on version 4, please make sure you are using the latest update (currently 4.0.3). If you still see this with the latest version of SecuritySpy please let me know.

    I am using 4.0.4 and when I try to use the PTZ in Spyglass it starts moving and carries on. The PTZ works fine with remote patrol. Some help would be much appreciated.

    I think this is a known problem with Spyglass, an update should be coming out soon to address this. The Remote Patrol iOS app does not have this problem.

    Hi Ben, thank you I have tried Remote Patrol, and it does work, hope there is a fix coming with Spyglass as it is a nice app.
