Foscam FI9900P with SS4 using ONVIF profile

Has anyone tried the FI9900P with SS4? Just added it to my network. Works fine for the video. The camera is a fixed camera, but does have a zoom. I am unable to zoom in/out via SS4's PTZ function. Works via the Foscam's webpage. I do have another Foscam camera in use and it works with ONVIF and PTZ functions (FI9828P), well except the preset feature, but that is no big deal.

Anyhow - any suggestions?

    Hi Eric,

    SecuritySpy only supports true optical zoom, not just digital zoom, which is all this camera has. Digital zoom isn't particular useful, as it just enlarges the image in software, instead of actually adding any detail.

    Interesting. Thanks. I did not realize the ONVIF spec distinguish the difference. I was assuming the client side would either expose or not expose the capability.
