Can't see main camera window on V4

I've just installed V4 on a Mac that was running V3 and although I can see a live thumbnail in the setup screen, I get "the operation timed out" in the main camera window. However, I've just tried it on another Mac and it works fine. The difference between the two was that with the first installation I deleted V3, but on the second I elected to keep both versions during the installation.

    Sorted my problem. There was confusion between "Network camera" and "Network camera 1". Previously my camera was Network camera 1 which got imported when I retained the previous version, but not when I did a new installation.
