Browser Window only shows 1 of 5 videos

I have 5 cameras setup for continuous recording and they record fine. However in the SS4 browser window, when I select all 5 cameras and choose a day before today, the browser window shows 1 video and 4 gray squares. When I scrub, the video scrubs, but the gray squares don't change. (Sometimes I can see 2 of the videos.)

If I reveal any of the videos in the Finder, I can play them without problem.

If I select today's date (unfinished recordings), I can see all 5 videos.

2013 Mac Pro
64 GB RAM
Recording to a WD USB 3 external drive

Any suggestions?

    Please could you try the new SecuritySpy update (currently 4.0.2) and let us know if you are still seeing this problem? If so, could you please email us some screenshots to demonstrate? Thanks.

    I'm still seeing the same problem. There is an error in the console that I'll send along with screenshots.
