SS4 update loses one camera and text overlay problem.
I upgraded to SS4 and one of my 4 cameras shows continually as a Communications error. Two identical cameras are fine as is the forth camera, same make but different model. Have issued a ticket for this but no joy so far. The camera works fine in the old version which I reinstalled thanks to time machine.
Another issue, the text overlay shows the camera name(s), the date and the hour. No minutes are displayed.
Though I like most of the new features, the issues I'm having have made me revert back to the previous version so unless the issues can be resolved I feel I've wasted my money upgrading!

Hi, did you get a reply to the support ticket you opened with us? Either I can't see it at the moment or you used a different email address for that. In any case I'm sure we can iron out these problems and make sure that the new version is working well for you.
The camera that doesn't connect in v4 - what make/model is it?
As for the text overlays, please could you email us a screenshot to demonstrate this? Please locate the email you received from our automated system when you opened the ticket, and attach the screenshot to an email reply to that, so that everything is together in once place. Thanks. -

The support ticket was Ticket 33570: SecuritySpy v4 issue/bug with Tennis JPT3815W after upgrading. Each reply I have made has been a reply to the ticket email. Last reply I received was from 'Rod' and I didn't really understand his questions and replied the best I could. I haven't reported the overlay problem until above so no ticket for it but will add it to the reply I will send in a few moments.

I've just replied to your ticket. As I mentioned, and for anyone else reading, the problem with the corrupt text overlay is fixed in the latest beta version of SecuritySpy (currently 4.0.1b1).
