No Cameras are configured when SS4 launched - help

Hi Nigel, sorry about this, version 4 should have imported all settings from version 3. If you have only one camera, the easiest way forward would be to simply set it up again in version 4:
Open the Preferences window and click on the Cameras section. Click the plus button and select "Add network device".
Give the camera a name, and under the Device tab, select the "Axis (JPEG and MPEG-4) profile, enter the IP address and enter the camera's username and password. Then close the Preferences window, clicking Save when it asks you.
If there is a problem with version 4 not correctly reading settings from previous versions, this is something we'll want to track down and fix. So that we can do so, please do the following:
- Hold the alt (option) key on the keyboard and click on the Go menu in the Finder
- Select the Library option
- Within that Library folder, navigate into Preferences
- Locate the file "SecuritySpy Preferences vXX", where XX is a version number. We need the preferences version that is the next highest one below 71. So if you have v70 or v69 etc. this is the one we need to test.
- email us this preferences file.
Thanks.
