Beta 3.4.11b3 Foscam 1831W Not Recognized

Hi, as the subject states, I have a Foscam 19831W that is not being recognized in the upgrade from 3.4.7. I seem to recall it didn't work as configured under 3.4.8 attempt to upgrade as well, btw. Currently the Device type is set for Foscam H.264 in Video Device Settings and the Format is H.264 RTSP (video and audio). No recompression of data from this device is checked. One thing I am noting under 3.4.7 is that periodically, the screen goes completely green. I have a second copy of the camera set up to send me text messages when motion is detected and sometimes I get "green screen". Thanks!

    In versions later than 3.4.7, you'll have to manually specify port 88 for the HTTP and RTSP ports in the Video Device Settings window. Some Foscam cameras use the non-standard port 88 while others use the standard 554 for RTSP, so in 3.4.8 and later we decided to switch to the standard port of 554 for Foscams.

    The green screen indicates that incomplete image data is being received from the camera. Here are some possible solutions:

    - Upgrade your camera to the latest firmware version. Older versions were buggy.
    - Connect the camera by wired ethernet rather than wirelessly.
    - Reduce the camera's frame rate
