Can't view saved files in Remote Patrol or Spyglass
Curious if there is an app issue or something I did on my end? Running a demo of SS while I test out my Hikvision camera to see if I want to proceed with a full upgrade.
I have three PoE cameras running on SS. I have the destinations for the saved files targeted to a USB3 hard drive attached to the mac mini.
Each camera has a destination that looks like this.
Media ---> SecuritySpy ---> Front ---> Folders created by date by SS
Media ---> SecuritySpy ---> Garage ---> Folders created by date by SS
Media ---> SecuritySpy ---> Garage2 ---> Folders created by date by SS
The files are saved in the final folders and can be viewed on a mac. However, in Remote Patrol or Spyglass, the files don't show up in the iOS apps. Both apps function fine, can see the cameras on my LAN or outside, etc.
Is this a limitation of the demo feature? Do these apps have issues with reading files from an attached drive versus the internal HD? I've done a search, didn't see anything close to this issue I'm describing.
Thanks!

Never mind. I'm a complete knucklehead. It would help if the setting is turned on in the web server preferences....
