Error setting up SSL

I have been getting this error daily in the past few week, any Ideas?

Error setting up SSL for secure web access 3.4.8,140,-47 Cannot delete the file because it is busy

    SecuritySpy creates some files in the temporary folder in order to manage the SSL connection, and it seems that one of these is getting stuck somehow. Please restart your Mac - this will remove all the temporary files, and should make things work again.
