Hi - this is a network communication problem, where the connection between the Mac and camera is broken for some reason. Possible causes are a congested or defective network or poor wireless signal (if the connection is over WiFi).
If this is happening only infrequently then it's not a big problem, as SecuritySpy will automatically reconnect to the cameras. -
