SS 3.4.8; can't find FTP server settings

The user guide for SS 3.4.8 says "To set up the upload destinations click the Server settings button in the Camera Settings window." I have looked everywhere for that button/form (except where it is) and cannot find it. I'm pretty sure it's staring me in the face, but I still don't see it. Help please!

    In Camera settings, click on the 'Continuous capture' or 'Motion capture' tabs.
