Are there any known issues running on El Capitan?

    We just released a new version of SecuritySpy two days ago with official support for El Capitan. There are currently no known issues so please make sure you are using this latest version.

    The only quirk we have found is when using El Capitan on a viewing Mac to connect to SecuritySpy's web server, and you want to use the "QuickTime MPEG-4" streaming method in order to get live video and audio in a web browser. In this case you will have to move the QuickTime Plugin from the "/Library/Internet Plug-Ins (Disabled)" folder to the "/Library/Internet Plug-Ins" folder, and then you can use this streaming method in Safari.

    Alternatively, use another copy of SecuritySpy (for free) on the viewing Mac in order to view live video and audio from your main SecuritySpy instance.
