Cameras set to do new recordings every 1 hour, instead they are doing a new recording every 1 minute

We have several cameras setup at a remote location and have them setup to perform a new recording every 1 hour to break up the size of the recording files but for some reason they are instead creating a new recording every 1 minute.

Unfortunately I don't have easy access to the camera server (Mac mini) so I can't really do much from my end except from the web GUI.

    Hi - does this happen precisely once per second, or just approximately? If approximately, it could indicate some other error that is causing the camera to disconnect/reconnect, which would create a new file prematurely.

    Are you running the latest version of SecuritySpy?

    Check the log (which you'll find on the front page of the web interface) - are there any messages there about frequent disconnections?
