Generic RTSP camera, unable to get picture
Hi,
I am trying to get some generic RTSP cameras connected to your product.
I select the Manual Configuration option
set the IP address to that of the camera
Port 554 for RTSP
There is no user/password
The only option that seems to partially connect is RTSP over TCP
I set the request to /ch0_0.h264
I can hear the audio, but no video is present and the app just says "connecting"
These settings work for every other app I've tried on the Mac and the PC. Just cant seem to get them to work on SecuritySpy.
The cameras are Xiaomi Ants 720p HD.
Currently I am using another piece of software on my daughters laptop, but I hope that I can get SecuritySpy running so that I can use it on my Mac Mini.
If there is anything else I can provide please let me know.
This is the only entries in the log file

Hi Duncan,
It looks like SecuritySpy is having trouble finding where the video frames are within the stream.
The first thing to do is to see if you can locate and install any updated firmware to the camera.
Does the camera support ONVIF? If so, you could try this to see if there is any different. When using ONVIF there may be several different stream profiles available. Click the "Get profile list" button in the Video Device Settings window and try them in turn.
