ONVIF PTZ
Hello, we have just integrated an IndigoVision BX500 PTZ Camera into the existing SecuritySpy v3.4.7 installation. The camera is ONVIF Profile S compliant. We manage to get the video to display but has got no luck with the PTZ control.
we have,
1. Ensure the camera login credential is with Admin rights
2. Disable PTZ checkbox is not tick
3. No issue with network congestion
4. We can control the PTZ with Windows VMS software using ONVIF
5. Camera running latest firmware
Did anybody manage to integrate a PTZ with ONVIF and what are the setting that I need to pay attention to?
