Web server view out of date

Hi,
I've had the software running for over a week but have noticed when I connect from the web interface and select show the last 24 hours of images and videos it doesn't always have the latest images. If i log onto the server and run browser from the app they are available.

Anyone know where to start with investigating this issue?

    Hi Dean,

    When you view captured files via the web server, the newest files should be at the top of the list, as this is how the web server should be sorting them.

    To make sure this sorting is working correctly, please have a look down all the files that are shown on the page to check if they in the correct order. If they are not in the correct order, you may find the newest files buried lower down the list. If this is the case, then we will have to look at the sorting to investigate why it's not working.

    Alternatively, it's possible that the web server is actually missing some files, however it uses the same search routine as the Browser, and this is not a known problem, so that would be surprising.

    Also, make sure you are using the latest version of SecuritySpy.
