new version -- too many notifications
My system was all tweaked and working well... I'd only get notifications when a cat or dog walked by the camera shot. Expensive catcam but that's OK... 
Now I get way too many notifications from my system. It is appears to be happening via different manufacturers cameras with SS as well, not really seeing a pattern.
I have 2 dahua 720p cameras (wired), two dlink wifi 480p, and two foscam 480p pt wired.
The notifications I'm talking about are via the remote patrol iPhone app. I have email notifications turned on but they don't appear to be triggering, so maybe it's an RP problem?
How do I report an RP issue BTW? I can't find the mfgr's web site/support site if one exists.

Hi - here is the Remote Patrol web site, however this won't be a RP issue, as it's SecuritySpy that sends these notifications to RP.
It sounds like you are getting motion triggers in SecuritySpy, but in this case they should also be triggering email notifications - are you getting any email notifications at all?
What version of SecuritySpy were you using before, and what version are you using now?
Here's what I would recommend: in the Camera Settings window of each camera, set the "Trigger time" to 2 seconds, set the sensitivity to 50, and use the motion mask to paint green on all areas of the frame that might generate a false-positive detection (e.g. swaying plants).
If you are still having problems, please email us a screenshot of this window, as well as a couple of example movie files that have been captured, and we will look into it further.
