Combining License
We have two separate 4 camera licenses that we purchased. One was for our home and the other for a rental property. We are selling the rental house and currently considering adding a couple of more cameras to our home. Is it possible to take the two 4 camera licenses that we have and "turn one in" and get our home license then increased to 8 camera license?

Hi doodah - no problem, please email us with the license details and we'll sort it out for you. We can do this whenever the two individual licenses adds up to one of the available larger licenses (4,8,16,32 - so for example 4+4=8 or 8+8=16 is fine, but not 4+1 or 8+4, because there are no 5-camera or 12-camera licenses).

Thanks Ben! That will be great. We will close on the sale next month and I will get the info together and send it to you. One of the licenses I put in my wife's email and the other mine so I could keep it straight for myself.
It seems to me that each update just keeps getting better.
