AI False Positives
Hi there, under an action I have set to email me images of people/animals on our porch I am getting lots of false positives. I have most of the image blocked off, it seems to think shadows or something are people where we typically sit. These are being sent more frequently after the last update to 6.21.
AI Image Review seems to show that the detection trigger is happening on less than 15% certainty. How do I resolve? AI Detection is set to 50%.
Thanks!

Here are 2 other cams showing many more false positives...

All images in your screenshots are classified correctly, so the problem must be one of the following:
- The trigger for Actions for this camera is set just to motion, without specific objects being selected. Check Settings > Cameras > Actions for this camera to see what the trigger is. If it says "Anything moves" then this is the problem. Enable the Human option, so it says "Human moves".
- This camera is being triggered by something else, e.g. if you have enabled audio detection. Do you have any other triggers configured here for Actions for this camera? Are any other cameras set to trigger this one (this would be configured in the Actions section for a different camera).
- The Human sensitivity is set too high. Under Settings > Cameras > Detection, make sure motion sensitivity is set to 50. Then click the "Advanced Detection Options" and set all sliders there to 50.
I hope this helps you find and fix the configuration problem. If not, please email us and include a debug file (SecuritySpy menu > Debug > Create Debug File On Desktop) and screenshots of all settings mentioned above, and we will assist you with this issue directly.

I poked around before, as I was sending these sample images. I may have had detection set to standard rather than AI as at one point I believed that it was missing humans as they walked up on to our porch. The frequent messages have stopped. Not sure exactly what I did, sorry. It's ok now though, thank you. :)
