Display of Cameras Changing After About 60 Seconds

I upgraded to 12 cameras recently and installed a new camera with two different streams. I added the camera to my SecuritySpy display, have a nice little grid with various cameras at various widths. But for some reason, after roughly 60 seconds something in Security Spy changes and some cameras drop out and I have an empty box where one camera used to be.

But if I simply go to "configure settings" the display changes back to the way I want it to be. And then about 60 seconds later it does it again.

I'm sure I have some option selected somewhere that is causing this, any idea what it might be?

    This doesn't sound normal, though I can't tell exactly what is going wrong here. Perhaps there are connectivity problems that are triggering this issue - are you noticing frequent disconnection events for this camera?

    First, confirm that you are using the very latest version of SecuritySpy. If that doesn't fix it, email us and include screenshots demonstrating the problem, along with a debug file (SecuritySpy menu > Debug > Create Debug File On Desktop), and we'll investigate this issue.
