no more external web access
  • a few days ago suddenly external access to my security spy IP stopped working. It works only internally. has anyone else had this problem?
  • This problem is most likely unique to your system. The first thing to do is to restart both your router and the Mac running SecuritySpy. This along fixes 90% of these problems.

    Next is to have a look at the Setting up Remote Access section of the SecuritySpy Installation manual and following the setup instructions there.

    Finally, if you need further help with this, please email us and include screenshots of your Web settings in SecuritySpy as well as any manual settings you have made in your router, and we will help you directly to get this working again.
