Image Capture Issues

So - I want the camera to snap jpeg snapshots when motion is detected as well as the video clips. I have it enabled in preferences, and when motion is triggered it creates the video clip but I dont see any jpeg's of the stills? Where are they or is there another setting I also need to enable?
