Im running a Tenvis Iprobot 3 on a Mac OS 10.12.4 and Securityspy version 4.1.4. Not had a problem with this set up until this week. System is live but image keeps freezing on screen. Camera is live as I can control point and tilt, just no movement on screen image just frozen. Ive reset camera and system still no joy.

    If it has a web interface, check there as well - if the image is freezing direct on its web interface, then the issue is with the camera itself.

    Well Ben that beta version seems to have done the trick. Hasn't frozen once since downloaded it.
