Set camera to 1 fps - now motion capture are all 5 minutes long
I changed a camera to 1 fps to conserve bandwidth (remote camera via vpn). SS is set to not recompress video or audio, so fps setting within ss are all left blank. pre and post motion detection set to 10 seconds.
since this change, all motion captures are very long - about 4-5 minutes.
prior to the change, the camera was set to 20 fps and everything was fine.
ss v6.13
camera is Amcrest set to ONVIF.

This isn't a known issue, however I will say that 1fps is too low for accurate motion detection. For the motion detection to work accurately, make sure the frame rate is at least 5fps - hopefully this gives you a low enough bandwidth while also resolving this problem.
Having said that, it's still unexpected that the recordings are far longer than expected. If you would like us to look into this, email us and include a debug file (SecuritySpy menu > Debug > Create Debug File On Desktop), and describe what you see in the "Motion" indicator in the Camera Info window. Does this unexpectedly stay in the red, or does it jump from red to black or something else?
