Custom PTZ preset number?

I just installed and started using the Sunba Illuminati camera that supports auto-tracking. The problem is that it requires using presets 50-59 to enable auto-tracking. Currently it looks like only presets 1-10 are supported from SecuritySpy and its iOS app. As soon as I manually control the camera or set one of the SS presets, auto-tracking stops. I have to go to the camera console itself to set one of the required presets to re-enable auto tracking.

    I have the same issue with my Sunba as well as other brands where turn on auto tracking = call 92, etc

    Hi @MacDaemon when you say there is a command "92" that can be issued that would cause the camera to re-enable auto-tracking, do you know the full URL for this? If so, this could be set as a custom command for this camera under Settings > Cameras > Setup > Advanced Options, making this command easily accessible via a right-click on the camera in the user interface.
