Unexpected Data error with new camera

Hi:

I am installing a Watchnet BLS-50BIR28 camera and I am getting an Unexpected data error. I am attaching the profile info they supply.

    Are you using the latest 6.3 version of SecuritySpy? If not, you can get it from the download page. If you're still seeing this problem with 6.3, please generate and email us a debug file (SecuritySpy menu > Debug > Create Debug File On Desktop) and we'll look into this for you.
