Why would I be missing audio in the app. I can hear it directly on the Mac and have audio levels in the PPMs. Should I be able to hear the audio levels in the APP?

Great to hear it's sorted. Yes, audio in the app should work when you are viewing an individual camera full screen. Things to check here are that the physical switch on the phone is not set to the "mute" position, and that the phone volume is turned up.
Looks like I'm the next idiot who can't figure this out :) Audio works when viewing recordings in the app, but not on the live stream in the app. Is there something I've overlooked that could be influencing audio for live streams? The phone's mute switch isn't enabled and the device's volume is turned up.
Hi @kappa12 it sounds like you have checked the main things. The first thing is to double-check you are running the latest versions of SecuritySpy on both macOS and iOS. Another thing to note is that you won't hear audio on the "Cameras" screen - i.e. the one that displays a grid of multiple cameras - it's only when you tap on a particular camera to view it full screen that you'll hear its audio. Also, make sure the user account that you are using has permission to receive live audio - you can check this in macOS SecuritySpy under Settings > Web.
Thanks @Ben, the user permission was the issue; I didn't have the "Get live audio" option checked under Settings > Web. That did the trick!
