No audio on MicroSeven movies
  • I believe all items are correctly set. I can hear the audio when viewing live.
    But the movies do not contain audio.
    Audio Device: 'This network device'
    record audio with continuous-capture movies
    Any thoughts/suggestions greatly appreciated.
  • It sounds like you have all the correct settings.

    Are you using the latest version of SecuritySpy?

    Check the log file (File menu in SecuritySpy -> Open Log) to see if there are any error messages related to this.

  • I upgraded to 4.2.9 from 4.2.3 and found no difference.
    nothing shows in the log pertaining I dont believe.
    I have sent an email with screen shots of my settings and log.
