Okay to change capture destination and relocate existing files to new hard drive?

Existing installation, Mac Pro with almost 1TB of captured motion events recorded on the startup disk. Just got a second, larger internal hard drive for Mac Pro. Okay to just move existing Captured Files folder to the new drive and change preferences, selecting new drive as capture destination? Thanks.

    Hi - yes you can do this. Copy the Captured Files folder to the new drive. Within this Captured Files folder are multiple Camera Folders (one for each camera). You will need to change the Capture Destination setting for each camera to point to the new location of its Camera Folder on the new drive.
